Hypercalcemia due to Hypervitaminosis D:
A 3½ months old infant presented with failure to thrive and polyuria and had hypercalcemia due to vitamin D excess. This case highlights the judicious use of calcium and vitamin D supplementation in children to prevent irreversible changes such as nephrocalcinosis as this child had.
