DIAGNOSTIC DILEMMA

This month's Diagnostic Dilemma:
Venkatesh.

An 11 year old boy complains of pain during walking for the past 5 to 6 years. Radiologically knees show absence of patella, mild degree of osteoporosis. There is marked ligamentous laxity and paternal history of imperfectly formed nails. Diagnosed as dentinogenesis imperfecta. Is this osteogenesis imperfecta or nail-patella syndrome?
