Query: A 10 years old girl presents with puffiness of eyes, edema feet, exertional dyspnea, cardiomegaly and palpitations since 6 months. She had fever with bilateral knee joint pain 7 months back and also a history of a photosensitive rash over face on exposure to sun. What is the diagnosis?
Answer: The USG of the abdomen shows a small right kidney. The child has right renal artery stenosis with long standing hypertension leading to cardiac failure. Discuss this case further in the section of “DISCUSSION GROUPS”.
