I found the Vaccine Reminder feature on your Website very interesting. My request is that this useful facility may not be restricted to Registered Users, but may be made available to all Visitors, who may like to enter their child's details and take a print-out of the Vaccine schedule. Please consider. Keep up the excellent work in providing India-relevant information for child care.

Last month’s teaching file:
Query: A 13 years old presents with progressive tremors, poor scholastic performance, repeated episodes of falls with loss of consciousness, visual hallucinations, diplopia and slurred speech. A neurological opinion taken was suggestive of schizophrenia. Is the diagnosis of schizophrenia correct?
Answer: The diagnosis of schizophrenia is not correct as the child had visual hallucinations. Visual hallucinations are always organic in etiology. In schizophrenia, the common hallucinations are auditory and persecutive. The child was found to have SSPE (Subacute sclerosing panencephalitis). Discuss this case further in the section of “DISCUSSION GROUPS”.
